Lucidworks Hires Chief Customer Officer
Based in San Francisco, California, Lucidworks has leveraged its Fusion search software for more than 10 years to provide innovative search-based solutions to enterprise clients worldwide. Adding to its experienced executive staff, Lucidworks recently announced that the company has hired Amanda Berger as its new chief customer officer.
Ms. Berger comes to the role with two decades of experience in the technology sector working to develop and enhance customer-centric experiences. In the past, she has worked with Sony, Haliburton, and MicroStrategy, leveraging her business acumen to find the element of a company that is most likely to increase overall business and strengthen its overall results. In her new role, she will help provide humanizing elements to Lucidworks’ powerful AI technology, in order to encourage the development of meaningful and informative customer experiences with said technology.
Lucidworks' CEO, Will Hayes, praised the hiring of Ms. Berger. He pointed to her vast experience in the field as a bellwether for the positive customer experience results that partners can expect to come when implementing Lucidworks technology into their own data platforms.
