Amanda Berger Joins Lucidworks as Chief Customer Officer

In a November press release, Lucidworks CEO Will Hayes officially welcomed new executive Amanda Berger as the company’s chief customer officer.
Amanda Berger, who has over 20 years of experience in customer-focused technology, will be leading the customer business division of Lucidworks and building up a team of experts and innovators to support customer engagement, technical account management, and professional services. In her new role, Ms. Berger aims to help clients optimize the impact of the company’s technology deployments in their day to day operations. Ms. Berger’s decades of experience in helping companies achieve their goals in a meaningful way will be instrumental to Lucidworks’ success in broadening its consumer base and humanizing the AI experience.
Amanda Berger formerly worked at Guidance Software (now OpenText), MicroStrategy, and RichRelevance and delivered customer success for large firms such as Halliburton, Sony, and other Global 2000 companies.
